Description A U.S. Navy Vought F4U-4 Corsair from reserve Fighter Squadron VF-713 Vultures taking off from the aircraft carrier USS Antietam (CV-36) in 1951. VF-713 was assigned to Carrier Air Group 15 (CVG-15) aboard the Antietam for a deployment to Korea from 8 September 1951 to 2 May 1952. Note the jet starter jeeps visible in the foreground.
