Description

NORTH ARABIAN SEA (April 9, 2013) Lt. Cmdr. Ryan Beaty, assigned to the Rampagers of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 83, pilots an F/A-18C Hornet over mountainous terrain while conducting combat missions with the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Dwight D. Eisenhower is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility promoting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
