Description
Русский: Страница 377 14 тома Лицевого Летописного Свода. Сопровождается текстом из описания Нестора Искандера осады Константинополя (1453 год): "Было страшное знамение в городе. В ночь на пятницу осветился весь город, и видели стражи сошедшиеся, будто турки зажгли город; и воскликнули громкими голосами, и собралось множество людей, которые видели, как у Великой церкви София Божьей наверху из окон огромное пламя огненное выБилось н окружило всю шею церковную на долгое время, и, собравшись воедино, пламя переменилось, и стало подобно несказанному свету, и тут же поднялось в нево. Некоторые из видевших это начали плакать, горько вопя: «Господи, помилуй!» Когда же этот свет достиг до небес, открылись двери небесные и, приняв свет, затворились."
