Muhammad Fahim Changwani was born in 1986. He received his primary education from his native school, Choti Zareen and completed his Master's degree from University of Agriculture Faisalabad, later he received his MS Sociology degree from SZABIST University Islamabad with Silver Medal. He started his practical career with the international organization ACTED International and later he joined the Muslim Aid International NGO. Due to his passion for politics and journalism, he joined the Dunya Media Group in 2015 and was elected as the Chairman Union of Journalists of Tehsil Kot Chutta and In 2015 he continued to write article in the famous and prominent national Urdu newspapers of Pakistan, including daily Jang, Dunya, Khabrain, Ausaf, Pakistan and 92 Newspaper.

In 2015 municipal election, he participated in Local Municipal Election as a General Counselor from Union Council of Mutfariq Chahan (Choti Zareen). 

In 2017 he was selected and join as Assistant Director BPS-17 in Islamabad Wildlife Management Board in Federal Capital Territory (Islambad).
