Description
English: "Year 2011 campaign for dissemination of family planning information among migrant population." An event held on a January morning in fron of the Wuchang Train Station (western square), complete with an orchestra, speeches from Hubei provincial officials, and giving out of free calendars, condoms, etc. to the traveling public.
Русский: Мероприятие по пропаганде планирования семьи среди трудовых мигрантов. Проводилось морозным зимним утром на площади перед Учанским вокзалом, с транспарантами, оркестром, речами и раздачей бесплатных презервативов, календарей и пр. сувенирной продукции железнодорожным пассажирам.
