Betrifft
Ich nehme höfl. Bezug auf Ihren Besuch, zusammen mit Ihrem Sohn Hans, den ich mit 1. Juli a.c. [annus currens, das laufende Jahr, oder anni currentis, des laufenden Jahres] laut Lehrvertrag als Praktikanten aufdingen [einen Knaben einem Meister in die Lehre geben] will und halte ordnungshalber wie folgt fest.
Sie haben sich bereit erklärt, das Ihnen gezeigte, fast neu Spezial-Steyr-Fahrrad zum Preis von S 100.-- (Schilling einhundert) für Ihren Buben käuflich zu erwerben und durch monatliche Ratenzahlungen von S 10.-- welchen Beitrag ich der einfachheithalber vom monatlichen Entgeld [Entgelt] ihres Sohnes in Abzug bringen werde, zu bezahlen.
Das Fahrrad tritt nach Vollauszahlung in Ihr Eigentum über und haben Sie mir die verbindliche Zusage gemacht, dass Ihr Sohn das Rad auch für Geschäftswege verwenden kann.
