Čeština: Ferdinand Šeda (* 24. září 1899 Křenovice – 6. listopadu 1983) byl důstojníkem československé armády v zahraničí v období druhé světové války a příslušníkem protikomunistického zahraničního odboje. Po skončení druhé světové války a návratu do Československa (v polovině května 1945) se stal Ferdinand Šeda v září 1945 velitelem tankového vojska vojenské oblasti 3 v Brně a byl povýšen na plukovníka. Ke dni 1. dubna 1949 byl komunistickou mocí přeložen do výslužby, dva dny před tím ovšem ilegálně opustil Československou republiku, za což mu byla odňata hodnost. Na fotografii neznámého autora je ještě v hodnosti podplukovníka.
English: Ferdinand Šeda (* 24 September 1899 in Křenovice - 6 November 1983) was an officer of the Czechoslovak army abroad during the Second World War and a member of the anti-communist foreign resistance. After the end of World War II and his return to Czechoslovakia (mid-May 1945), Ferdinand Šeda became the commander of the tank troops of Military Region 3 in Brno in September 1945 and was promoted to colonel. On 1 April 1949, he was retired by the Communist authorities, but two days before he had illegally left the Czechoslovak Republic, for which he was stripped of his rank. In the photograph by an unknown author he is still in the rank of lieutenant colonel.
