Chumeché es una canción que exalta el uso de la letra castellana "Ch" en una linda composición en ritmo de "raspa" o "Chucuchucu" cuyo origen es venezolano pero muy difundido en Colombia y latinoamérica. Chumeché es una canción latina en ritmo bailable rápido que narra la declaración de amor de una pareja. Chumeché es también la degradación gentil del vocablo castellano Sumerced, usado en la antiguedad para saludar con respeto a un ser querido o una persona de mayor edad o jerarquía. La canción fue creada por el compositor colombiano Ferhú Valsán, Hugo Fernando Valderrama Sánchez, en el año 1999. La letra de la canción es como sigue
