DescriptionFerndale, WA - Pioneer Park - Holeman House - Schoolhouse 01.jpg |
English: Holeman House, Pioneer Park, Ferndale, Washington, U.S. According to Ferndale Heritage Society, it was built as a home in 1890 on Mountain View Road. The house was moved to Pioneer Park in 1985, and nowadays is configured like a late 19th- or early 20th-century schoolhouse. The building was in poor condition when it was moved: it "was covered with blackberry brambles, and the bottom logs were so completely rotted that they were left behind when the building was disassembled to be moved." |
