Description
English: Tropical Storm Fiona (2022) as seen on the afternoon of Sept 16. This is an example of a strongly sheared tropical storm, where the low-level swirl (to the northwest) is partially removed from the area of deepest convection, due to strong northwesterly shear and dry air.
