Description A partir deste de janeiro, elevadores e escadas rolantes passarão por vistorias pela Fiscalização Integrada do município. O plano de ação fiscal está previsto para ser executado em três etapas, pelas nove regionais, contemplando cerca de 12 mil aparelhos até o fim do ano. A primeira fase vai abranger edificações não residenciais, enquanto a a segunda vai atender imóveis de uso misto e a última, prédios residenciais. O trabalho de fiscalização com elevadores e escadas rolantes é documental, ou seja, o fiscal verifica, entre outros itens estabelecidos pela legislação municipal, a existência de uma empresa responsável pela conservação do aparelho, o livro de Registro de Ocorrências e o laudo de inspeção anual.
