| Description |
English: These fishermen go at night on Lake Tanganyika, near Kigoma in Tanzania. They are sardine fishers. They use the lamp to attract not only zooplankton, but also the sardines that eat tem. Apart from the nutritional and economical value of their catch, fishermen are very important to fish researchers, since they provide many different species of fish.
