«Флаг Абганеровского сельского поселения Октябрьского муниципального района Волгоградской области представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Абганеровского сельского поселения в красном, жёлтом, синем и белом тонах».

Описание герба: «В червлёном поле, золотое стропило, сопровождаемое в оконечности двумя пшеничными колосьями с листовою направленные к друг другу дугообразно и положенные накрест. В золотой главе с лазоревыми краями, червлёное пламя о пяти языках поверх которых накрест серебряные мечи с червлёными рукоятями остриём вверх».
