Прямоугольное полотнище с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из трёх горизонтальных полос: верхней белого цвета шириной 7/10 ширины полотнища, средней зелёного цвета шириной 1/5 ширины полотнища и нижней белого цвета; в центре белой и зелёной полос дуб жёлтого цвета с листвой зелёного цвета и девятью жёлудями жёлтого цвета.
