Русский: Флаг муниципального образования Асерховское Собинского района Владимирской области, Россия

«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух горизонтальных полос зелёного и жёлтого цвета (отношением 7:3), воспроизводящее фигуры герба муниципального образования Асерховское, выполненные жёлтым, красным, белым и зелёным цветом».

Описание герба: «В зелёном поле на золотой оконечности, обременённой двумя зелёными стеблями клюквы, имеющими червлёные ягоды, завершённые серебром, и сложенными в основании накрест — два сообращённых и обернувшихся серебряных кулика, сопровождённых во главе золотым трилистным крестом с сиянием в углах».
