Русский: Флаг Чегемского муниципального района Кабардино-Балкарской Республики, Россия

«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба Чегемского муниципального района, выполненные синим, тёмно-бордовым, жёлтым и белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле — пурпурная скалистая гора о двух остроконечных вершинах, завершенная наподобие каймы золотыми скальными площадками; с перевала между вершинами изливаются три серебряных струи, соединяющихся в нижней части щита в один поток; по сторонам от струй перед горой выходят четыре скальных уступа, также пурпурных с золотыми площадками, один над другим с каждой стороны; во главе все сопровождено золотой чашей на ножке и с двумя ручками».
