Русский: Флаг Гайтерского сельского поселения Комсомольского муниципального района Хабаровского края, Россия

«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище голубого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на котором красным, жёлтым, зелёным, синим и белым цветом изображены деления и фигуры из герба Гайтерского сельского поселения».

Описание герба: «Поле пересечено червленью и зеленью. В червлёном поле золотая, в два ряда кирпичей, стена, сопровождаемая вверху двумя, сдвинутыми к краям, и поставленными на отдельные кирпичи золотыми шарами, каждый из которых с узким золотым подножием и с золотым же вытянутым шиповидным навершием. Над стеной золотое обращённое вниз солнце (без изображения лица), с лучами, попеременно укороченными и вытянутыми. В зелёном поле, сопровождаемые выше четырьмя золотыми цветками-розетками в пояс, три ряда перевёрнуто-чешуйчатых лазоревых (синих, голубых) волн, каждая из которых имеет серебряную кайму и концентрически заполнена чёрным».
