Русский: Флаг городского поселения посёлок Изоплит Конаковского района Тверской области, Россия

«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба городского поселения — посёлок Изоплит, выполненные синим, красным и белым цветом. Обратная сторона полотнища зеркально воспроизводит лицевую».

Описание герба: «В рассечённом лазоревом и серебряном поле — шар, переменных с полем цветов и обременённый волнистыми столбами в цвета поля, над пониженным поясом рассечённым и дважды просечённым: в лазури — серебром, червленью и серебром; в серебре — червленью, серебром и червленью».
