Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношение ширины к длине 2:3, составленное из двух горизонтальных полос голубого и малинового цвета (с отношением по ширине 3:7), поверх границы которых, положена волнистая узкая белая полоса шириной 1/20 ширины полотнища. В центре голубой части полотнища изображена белая церковная главка, выходящая из волнистой полосы, а в центре малиновой части полотнища изображены жёлтый сноп с белыми метелками риса, на который положены накрест две белые шашки с жёлтыми рукоятями вверх, а лезвиями вниз
