«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба Лозновского сельского поселения, выполненные красным, зелёным, чёрным, белым и жёлтым цветом».

Описание герба: «В червлёном поле под чёрной, тонко окаймлённой золотом, вырезанной главой, образующей вершину тройной горы — два серебряных противообращённых бердыша на золотых древках в столб, переплетённые внизу с двумя золотыми, с серебряными почками, ветвями вербы накрест; ниже веток поле — зелёное».
