Русский: Флаг Ножай-Юртовского муниципального района Чеченской Республики, Россия

«Флаг района представляет собой зелёное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба района с добавлением к гербовой горе двух вершин (по одной слева и справа) и с заменой геральдического золота — жёлтым, а геральдического серебра — белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В зелёном поле — серебряная оконечность в виде трёх остроконечных вершин, средняя из которых выше; на средней вершине — золотой молодой дуб под двумя сложенными накрест лезвиями вниз саблями с золотыми рукоятями и гардами и в серебряных ножнах с золотыми украшениями; набоковых вершинах — золотые мурованные с остроконечными кровлями башни с чёрными входными арками и о двух чёрных же окнах (одно над другим). Оконечность обременена полумесяцем со вписанной в него звездой о шести выпуклых лучах в цвет поля между исходящими из боковых вершин лазоревыми потоками».
