Description
Русский: Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением высоты к длине 2:3, состоящее из трёх равных по ширине горизонтальных полос с чередованием белого и синего цветов. Синяя часть полотнища аллегорически показывает мирную жизнь и вместе с тем бескрайние просторы озёр. Синий цвет соответствует небу, воздуху и символизирует красоту, истину, честь, добродетели, возвышенные устремления. Белый цвет (серебро)- символ совершенства, благородства, чистоты души народов, символизирующая веру, искренность, чистосердечность, откровенность
