«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуру из герба Трехбалтаевского сельского поселения, выполненные в зелёном, красном, синем, белом и жёлтом, цвете».

Описание герба:

«В зелёном поле между червлёной и золотой главой, елеобразно ограниченной и пересечённой, и лазоревой оконечностью, имеющей серебряную мурованную кайму и обременённой летящей вправо с воздетыми крыльями чайкой того же металла — две золотые яблони с видимыми корнями (одна подле другой)».
