«Флаг Великогубского сельского поселения представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины флага к длине — 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Великогубского сельского поселения в синем и жёлтом цветах».

Геральдическое описание герба:

«В лазоревом (синем, голубом) поле золотая обращённая и обернувшаяся жар-птица со сложенными крыльями и выгнутым вниз и поднятым вверх хвостом, частично возникающем снизу слева, перья которого завершены наподобие луковичных куполов».
