«Флаг муниципального образования представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдического золота — жёлтым, а геральдического серебра — белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В щите рассечённом и пересечённом на серебро и зелень вписанный составной крест, рассечённый и пересечённый на лазурь и серебро и сопровождённый: сверху справа — зелёной елью; сверху слева — золотой бычьей головой; снизу справа — золотым снопом; снизу слева — чёрным камнем».
