Therefore, X=(1140 - 323.004) / 2 = 408.498; Red size height= Flag height – bottom band height: 600 – 117.857 = 482.143. Therefore, Y=(482.143 – 349.262) / 2 (+ 117.857: bottom band height) = 184.298. In previous version X=407.186; Y=179.999, slight imperfection, not centered.
