Description
Català: Font de l'Aiguadera (Alacant). Font realitzada per commemorar l'arribada d'aigua corrent des de Saix, el 16 d'octubre de 1898. La font original consistia en el safareig que hui tenim, al centre del qual es disposava el rocall i canyes que ocultaven un sortidor capaç d'elevar l'aigua a gran alçada. El 1918 se n'encarrega l'embelliment a Vicent Bañuls (1866 - 1935), qui va realitzar l'escultura que tenim hui en dia, que simbolitza el triomf del bé sobre el mal, representats per la xicota i el faune.
