Description

June 1994, and the location is the bus station in Brasov, Romania. The livery is that of Boulton (K.B. Coaches) of Eastington, Stonehouse, Glos. The Duple body seems to have been converted to right-hand entrance. This would seem to suggest Boulton's ex- FIL4029 ex-London Country DL12 MPL132W, sold to Boulton in 1990 Here it is in an earlier guise... keithsbuspictures.fotopic.net/p37277056.html The registration 31BC 487 is not from Brasov (BV) but Bacau. The vehicle also sports twin Romanian - UK flags on the front. Was it a gift from a UK charity? Certainly this preserved Ulsterbus Leopard apparently made 23 trips to Romania on aid convoys.... theardsbuspreservationgroup.fotopic.net/p50082406.html but returned to the UK Does anyone know anything else?

Shot on Fuji 100 Slide film with a Praktica BX20 Camera ,Zeiss 125mm lens and scanned.
