Description
Deutsch: Haus Barbarossaplatz 3, Architekt Theodor Balzer (1874–1944), erbaut 1904. Hier befand sich die Filiale des Düsseldorfer Fotografen Hubert Höltgen (1855–1914), welcher seit 1904 auch Eigentümer des Hauses war und die Hirsch-Drogerie mit Inhaber Emil Höltgen lt. Adressbuch 1920.
