Description
Français : Hammam Sousse, dans un centre de recyclage du plastique, femme de classe populaire portant comme habit de tous les jours une fouta autour de la taille et un manchef (ou manchfa) sur la tête. La fouta, typique de Hammam Sousse et de Sidi Bou Ali peut varier de couleur mais possède des rayures verticales spécifiques. Le foulard de dessus, posé sur la tête est appelé manchef. Le manchef de Hammam Sousse ou Sidi Bou Ali est toujours de couleur rouge vif. Il peut être uni ou comme ici avec des motifs ou des rayures qui sont dans ce cas toujours verticales, dans le prolongement des rayures de la fouta.
English: Hammam Sousse, in a plastic recycling center, a popular class woman wears traditionnal clothings for everyday typical and specific of Hammam Sousse and Sidi Bou Ali: as a wrap around her waist, a fouta cloth, worn over her other clothing - the fouta can be of different colors but has vertical stipes which always follow typical patterns. Over her head is a manshef, always of bright red color, but which can be with or without stripes (stripes if present are always vertical) or other small patterns.
