Deutsch: Frankfurt Mainzer Landstraße 257. „Schulz & Souard“, Technische Gummiwaren, gegründet 1931, Traditionsunternehmen an der „Galluswarte in Frankfurt am Main, von 1947 bis 2016 in der Mainzer Landstraße 257 im denkmalgeschützten ehemaligen Gebäude von 1906 der Bäckerinnung mit Jugendstilfassade mit reicher Bauzier (allegorische Figuren, Blattwerk, Masken und dergleichen), einem aufwendige Eingangsportal sowie Balkons mit Geländern in floralen Formen. 2016 Umzug der Firma nach Frankfurt-Riederwald, Sontraer Straße 18A.
