Description
Deutsch: Die Klostergasse, früher Predigergasse oder „zu den Predigern“, geht vom Arnsburger Hof bis zur ehemaligen roten Badstube beim Einhornplätzchen. Den alten Namen hatte sie von den Predigermönchen, die sich im 13. Jahrhundert dort angesiedelt hatten. Auf dem vorliegenden Bilde ist ein Teil der heutigen Klostergasse von der Battonstrasse bis zu ihrer Ausmündung beim Einhornplatz sichtbar. Sie bietet meist noch das Aussehen einer Strasse, an der seit mehr als hundert Jahren keine Änderung vorgenommen wurde; nur links zeigt sich das Stück eines Neubaues, während rechts noch das alte Gebäude der Rosenberger Einigung sichtbar ist, von der ein anderer Teil auf die Stätte der dahinverlegten Annaschule hinweist.
