Summary[edit]

Description
English: Františka Urbánková (* 1919 - 1943) worked as a clerk in a bank during the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. She was the official fiancée of Václav Khodl the Younger (* 1920 - 1942), who actively participated in the support of the paratroopers of the ANTHRIPOID paratroopers. After the arrest of Václav Khodl the Younger by the Gestapo (July 14, 1942), Františka Urbánková lived in constant nervous tension caused by both grief over the loss of her fiancé and the real fear of her arrest and execution. The psychological problems manifested themselves in the inability to take food, and finally Františka Urbánková died at the age of 24, about 9 months after her fiancé was murdered on 24 October 1942 in the Mauthausen concentration camp.
