English: 不一樣的「聖誕燈飾」 獅子山上亮起 Free Jimmy、Free 47 燈牌
平安夜聖誕節期間，有社運人士晚上來到獅子山，舉起燈牌，燈牌上寫上 Free Jimmy、Free 47、Free HK，及一個倒轉的紅色數字23，表達要求釋放壹傳媒創辦人黎智英、初選案 47 名被告，及反對《基本法》 23 條立法等訴求。 壹傳媒創辦人黎智英及《蘋果日報》等三間公司，被指控「串謀勾結外國勢力危害國家安全」等三罪，案件在 12 月 18日開審，1 月 2 日續審。 而47名民主派於 2020 年發起「35+初選」，在 2021 年 2 月被控「串謀顛覆國家政權」罪，案件在今年二月開審，部分被告自被捕後還押近兩年。經過 118 日審訊後，控辯雙方在 12 月 4 日完成所有結案陳詞，法官陳慶偉當時預計最快須三至四個月後方有裁決，並強調未能保證能否如期裁決。 |
