Polski: Obraz MRI w sekwencji T1 głowy 65-letniego mężczyzny leczonego kiedyś z powodu zaburzeń obsesyjno-kompulsyjnych. Dwie linijne zmiany w płacie czołowym zstępujące do ciała modzelowatego odpowiadają wykonanej wcześniej leukotomii czołowej.
English: 65-year old man with history of OCD treatment in 1970s. MRI T1 image shows bifrontal areas of encephalomalacia extending down to and involving the corpus callosum are in keeping with the known history of frontal leucotomies.
