Español: Desde julio del 2022 hasta marzo del 2023 , un equipo de mujeres del Museo Regional de

Querétaro nos reunimos para leer, conversar y discutir el discurso textual y visual del museo, utilizando como categoría de análisis la perspectiva de género y la teoría decolonial. De estas discusiones emanó la propuesta de realizar una intervención en las salas permanentes para encontrar otra forma de mirar a las mujeres que hemos sido y las que somos.

La intervención se planteó en dos ámbitos o lenguajes: el textual y el visual y además se consideró integrar personajes históricos femeninos no reconocidos y datos que visibilicen la labor de las mujeres en la creación de nuestra nación.

Esta imagen retrata la puesta en acción de la intervención textual en nuestra sala Querétaro en la Historia de México.
English: From July 2022 to March 2023, a team of women from the Regional Museum of

Querétaro met to read, talk and discuss the textual and visual discourse of the museum, using the gender perspective and the decolonial theories as a category of analysis. From these discussions came the proposal to carry out an intervention in the permanent rooms to find a new way to look at women in history.

The intervention was proposed in two levels: textual and visual, and it was also considered to integrate unrecognized female historical figures and data that make visible the work of women in the creation of our nation.
