Español: Galletas fortas de Ibiza

Esta receta es uno de los secretos mejor guardados de la desconocida tradición panadera ibizenca. La masa es cocida por dos veces, de manera que queda un pan plano muy crujiente, idóneo para aguantar meses en alta mar. Por ello se pueden encontrar similares preparaciones en otras islas y zonas costeras, como las galletas de Inca, en Mallorca.

This recipe is one of the best kept secrets of the unknown Ibizan baking tradition. The dough is baked twice, resulting in a very crunchy flatbread, ideal for lasting months on the high seas. For this reason, similar preparations can be found on other islands and coastal areas, such as the Inca cookies, in Mallorca.
