Español: Madrid es desde hoy y durante tres días el centro de las miradas del sector hostelero internacional gracias a la tercera edición de HIP 19 –Hospitality Innovation Planet-, una feria de referencia para el sector HORECA (acrónimo de hoteles, restaurantes y cafés). La nueva cita llega este año a Ifema con un propósito: impulsar la digitalización en los negocios hosteleros. Para ello contará con más espacio de exposición, -tres pabellones, más de 30.000 metros cuadrados- donde se mostraran los productos y soluciones más innovadoras. Luis Cueto, coordinador general de Alcaldía y vicepresidente de la Junta Rectora de IFEMA, ha asistido hoy al acto de apertura. |
