Description
Deutsch: Der Geiseltalsee während der Flutung im September 2005. Braunsbedra, Sachsen-Anhalt, Deutschland.
English: Geiseltalsee (lit. Geisel valley lake) in autumn 2005. The former Geiseltal open pit lignite mine ist to be flooded and eventually become a recreation area. It is one of many artificial lakes in former east germany that where created from abandoned lignite mines. Braunsbedra, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
