Description
Nederlands: Het leiderschap van Van Uhm oogste niet alleen lof, maar inspireerde onder andere kapitein Marco Kroon. De drager van de Militaire Willems-Orde reikte in Breda het eerste exemplaar van zijn boek Leiderschap onder vuur uit aan sergeant der 1e klasse Luuk Elshout, die in 2009 gewond raakte in Afghanistan. “Mensen die zo’n klap krijgen en er weer bovenop komen, daar kan ik wat van leren”, aldus Kroon ten overstaan van meerdere gewond geraakte militairen.
