| Description | Bertha's Beach is a designated Important Bird Area (IBA) of 3,300 hectares of coastal wetlands. The beach is privately owned and can be accessed on a few of the registered tours on the Island, and also by a limited number of daily visitors from the nearby Mount Pleasant camp. |
