Description
Deutsch: Bildseite der im Lichtdruckverfahren durch den Papierwarengroßhändler Georg Kugelmann hergestelten Ansichtskarte mit der laufenden Nummer 101 von 1907 (siehe unten, Adressseite) und einem Blick über den Thielenplatz in Hannover. Ganz links hinter der heute denkmalgeschützten Eisenbahnbrücke ist in der Königstraße ist ein (nicht erhaltenes) Gebäude des Vergnügungsetablissements Tivoli zu sehen. Etwa in der Bildmitte das Gebäude des Pianofabrikanten, Händlers von Steinway-Pianos und Violin-Virtuosen Wilhelm Gertz, ausweislich der Inschrift über dem Eingangsportal "Hof-Lieferant Seiner königlichen Hoheit des Prinzen Albrecht von Preußen. Rechts von der Lavesstraße (in der unter anderem das Overlachsche Haus zu sehen ist) steht das Eckgebäude der Hannoverschen Fahnenfabrik Franz Reinecke am Eingang zur Prinzenstraße. Während am Gebäude unter anderem für die "Kunst-Stickerei" geworben wird, findet sich in den Läden im Erdgeschoss etwa die "Hanseatische Feuer Versicherungs-Gesellschaft Hamburg, General-Agentur" ...
