Description
English: Stock certificate of the Gesellschaft für Linde's Eismaschinen for 1,000 Marks, issued on 1 January 1880, signed in the original by Carl Sedlmayr for the Board of Supervisory Directors and by Carl Linde for the Management Board. The share originates from the first capital increase from 200,000 marks to 400,000 marks in shares of 1,000 marks each.
Deutsch: Aktie der Gesellschaft für Linde's Eismaschinen über 1.000 Mark, ausgegeben am 1. Januar 1880, im Original unterschrieben von Carl Sedlmayr für den Verwaltungsrat und von Carl Linde für den Vorstand. Die Aktie stammt aus der ersten Kapitalerhöhung von 200.000 Mark auf 400.000 Mark in Aktien zu je 1.000 Mark. Dem ersten Aufsichtsrat der Aktiengesellschaft gehörten Karl Lang (Aufsichtsrat mehrerer rheinischer Brauereien), Carl Sedlmayr (ab 1874 Teilhaber des Spatenbräu), Georg Krauss (Gründer der Lokomotivfabriken Krauß & Comp. in München ), Heinrich von Buz (1889 Mitbegründer der Augsburger Localbahn) und Gustav Jung (Besitzer der Mainzer Aktienbrauerei).
