Deutsch: Gezeiteneinfluss auf Erdrotation und Mondumlauf: Die gegenüber dem Mondumlauf etwa 27-mal schnellere Erdrotation verschiebt die Flutberge durch Reibung um den Voreilwinkel nach Osten. Diese Reibenergie wirkt verzögernd auf die Erdrotation. Der voreilende Flutberg auf der mondzugewandten Seite wirkt gravitativ beschleunigend auf den Mond, wie ein kreisender Hammerwerfer auf den Hammer. (Der auf der abgewandten Seite wirkt zwar verzögernd auf den Mond, aber sein Einfluss ist durch die größere Entfernung geringer.)
English: Tidal influence on Earth's rotation and lunar orbit: The Earth's rotation, which is about 27 times faster than the lunar orbit, shifts the flood mountains to the east by the lead angle due to friction. This frictional energy has a delaying effect on the Earth's rotation. The advancing flood crest on the side facing the moon has a gravitational acceleration effect on the moon, like a rotating hammer thrower on the hammer. (The one on the far side does have a delaying effect on the moon, but its influence is smaller due to the greater distance.)
