gochtial English: Mid-mid-brioche bread, the gochtial is a specialty of the Rhuys peninsula. They can be found on much of the Gulf of Morbihan: Port Navalo Sarzeau Saint-Gildas, Arzon Arradon Saint-Armel, Vannes ...Outside this area, it is very rare to find. Français : Mi-pain mi-brioche, le gochtial est une spécialité de la presqu’île de Rhuys. On peut en trouver sur une bonne partie du Golfe du Morbihan: Port-Navalo, Sarzeau, Saint-Gildas, Arzon, Arradon, Saint-Armel, Vannes…En dehors de cette zone, il est très rare d’en trouver. |
