The Step Up to Nursing: Earn as you Learn Nursing Education Pathway is an innovative pilot program where participants are paid a salary and benefits and have educational costs covered while they advance from Personal Support Workers to Practical Nurses or from Practical to Registered Nurses. Step Up to Nursing is a mixture of work and study with online and in person training.
