Summary[edit]

Description
English: The newly renovated and modernized (2014) Government Center transit station in downtown Boston, Massachusetts. This is one of several "hub" stations of the MBTA and serves the underground portion of the Green Line light rail and also the Blue Line heavy rail. Government Center is the "de facto" downtown terminus of the Blue Line, with the vast majority of passengers disembarking here. However, the Blue Line does technically continue a few blocks further west to Bowdoin Square
