Description

Spray-paint graffiti on a column of a building in Santa Fe St., Rosario, Argentina. It reads "POCHO VIVE!", i. e. "Pocho lives!", referring to Pocho Lepratti, social activist killed by the police during a riot, allegedly for political reasons.
