Deutsch: Das Gebiet "Waldmühle" ist ursprünglich der Standort einer alten Mühle im Tal von Kaltenleutgeben, von der nichts mehr sichtbar ist. An ihrer Stelle entwickelte sich der spätere Bahnhof Waldmühle der Kaltenleutgebener Bahn, der für die Steinbrüche und Kalkbrennereien des Gebietes wichtig wurde, Das Zementwerk entstand aus diesen Unternehmen, seine Ausdehnung musste auf Gemeinde- oder Landesgrenzen nicht Rücksicht nehmen. Produktionsstätte, Lager und Kapelle des Werkes befinden sich in drei verschiedenen Gemeinden (Wien, Perchtoldsdorf, Kaltenleutgeben) und zwei Bundesländern (Wien, Niederösterreich). 1936 wurde durch das Werk auch eine kleine Kapelle errichtet, die unter Denkmalschutz steht. Durch einen Gebietstausch 2012 zwischen Perchtoldsdorf und Kaltenleutgeben, der auch eine Änderung aller betroffenen Grundbuchseintragungen nach sich zog, fiel der frühere Perchtoldsdorfer Teil des Zementwerkes an Kaltenleutgeben, was aber an den Eigentumsverhältnissen nichts änderte. |
