DescriptionGrypocoris stysi1.jpg | As far as I know, this mirid bug doesn't have a common name but in my thinking it is always the "Butterfly mirid" as it's probably the only one that wears a picture of a butterfly on its back. I saw plenty of these on Common Knapweed and umbellifers on a footpath beside the Gwili River north of Carmarthen, Wales. I'm sad that, despite the abundance, I failed to get a clearer picture. 16th July 2010.
